We respectfully acknowledge the Butchulla People and Kabi Kabi First Nation People of the land on which Forest Wind is proposed.

Forest Wind’s developers wish to pay respect to their Elders - past, present and emerging - and acknowledge the important role they continue to play within the Wide Bay region.

We are consulting with the Butchulla People and Kabi Kabi First Nation People on land use and we look forward to future partnerships through which employment and training, business development and contracting opportunities, cultural heritage and environmental management may be pursued.
